EPA to Extend Deadline for 2015 Ozone NAAQS Area Designations

Regional biogas project advancing

A new biogas production plant based out of northern Missouri continues to make steady progress. It’s been slightly more than a year since the first volumes of biogas processed from hog manure were injected into a pipeline. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency today proposed a plan to address the sources of groundwater contamination at the Peninsula Boulevard Groundwater Plume Superfund site in Hewlett, Nassau County, N.Y. EPA Provides Brownfields Grant and Assistance to three Vermont Communities

BOSTON – Today, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency celebrated three recipients of Brownfields grants in Vermont. This year, Vermont entities received $700,000 for assessment and cleanup of Brownfield sites. These communities are among 172 across the country to receive EPA Brownfields funding.
