Green Harbor Energy brokers and manages renewable energy credits. The company is a leader in monetizing financial incentives for commercial, industrial and institutional clients with clean energy investments in renewable energy generation and energy efficiency savings. 

Gridwealth sources the entities that will purchase our green electricity or renewable natural gas. Formed by the merger of MassAmerican Energy and Hampshire Power, Gridwealth combines extensive experience in distributed energy resource development, renewable energy services, and asset management and monetization.

Live Oak Bank provides debt service for our anaerobic digester projects. Specializing in small business loans, the bank was the #1 SBA 7(a) Lender by dollar amount for FY 2022. Live Oak’s team of in-house USDA rural development experts also help businesses navigate USDA loan programs. 

Martin Construction Resource  is a general contractor specializing in project management for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of anaerobic digesters. MCR has 30 years of experience and has constructed hundreds of successful biogas projects worldwide.

Sanborn Head provides expertise and assistance in obtaining all necessary permits for regulatory compliance. The company’s credibility and strong relationships with regulatory authorities earned over many years helps to streamline project review and approval. 


UGI Energy Services (UGIES) is an equity partner in Ag-Grid Energy that supports project development and execution. A wholly owned subsidiary of the Fortune 500 UGI Corporation, UGIES offers a full range of energy services — including renewable energy — to industries located on the East Coast and throughout the Northeast.


US Department of Agriculture (USDA) supports farm-based projects via the Rural Energy for America (REAP) program. REAP provides guaranteed loan financing and grant funding to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems or to make energy efficiency improvements.


Wind River Environmental arranges for trucking of food waste from its source to the anaerobic digester. The company uses an environmentally friendly method to remove organic liquid waste, called sludge, from food processing plants and transport it where needed.
